Pierced Addiction proudly stands behind the quality of its products. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if any pieces are damaged in transit, or items need to be corrected and we will gladly replace the item. All returns must be in the original sealed packaging.  Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.  If seal is broken returns will not be granted. Please note, that all custom anodized jewelry will be considered a final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. We offer a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship of all ASTMF-136 titanium items. If there is any defect caused by manufacturing, please get in touch with us at any time, and we will gladly replace your piece once we receive the original piece back. Do not use harsh chemicals on any jewelry. Harsh chemicals will damage gems stones.
